Siting in a circle, the children are presented with the topic of the lesson.
The children sit in a circle and talk about the topic of the previous week.
The children form two lines. The first child of each line starts to run, aiming to catch the other child. Once they complete the round and arrive back to their line, the next child starts to run.
Each child stands behind a cone and follows the instructions of the teacher: go to the left, go up...
The children are divided into pairs. One child closes their eyes and becomes “blind.” The other child gives directions for their partner to follow, helping them move safely around the room.
